			Return Policy Any unused item (except personalized, engraved or customized items) may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). If the FREE SHIPPING option was chosen for the original shipment, there will be a charge of $8.00 to cover the original shipping costs. Please note: Rings are available in half & full sizes. Any ring ordered in a quarter size or outside of the size 4 - 12 range will be a "custom order" and not eligible for return. Items must be returned to : 9521 Westheimer, Houston, Tx. 77063. For return authorization please call customer service at 1-800-495-2630 Due to our new security guidelines, No package will be accepted without a valid RA number posted on the outside of the package. All packages that do not comply will be refused, and returned to the sender. In order to receive an RA number please call 800-495-2630 or email us at sales@1weddingband.com An RA number is necessary for all packages, including items for sizing or other custom alterations.
Shipping in the lower 48 states of United States: Most items ship in 48 hours of order receipt, not including weekends and holidays. If your order is received after 4 PM Central Standard Time, it will not be processed until the next business day. To Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories FedEx Two Day or Next Day Delivery Only, $20.00 cost minimum. FedEx Ground No Charge FedEx 3 Day Delivery $7.50 FedEx Two Day Delivery $10.00 FedEx Next Day Delivery $20.00 FedEx World Ship - Please inquire. Registered Mail ( PO Box only ) $20.00 FedEx delivery is Monday to Friday only. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We do not offer holiday delivery. Example: FedEx Next Day Delivery. If we ship your order out on Friday and Monday is a holiday, you will not receive your package until Tuesday. Please allow extra time for packages that are going by registered mail. This can take as long as 10 days to 2 weeks. Please order in advance and allow enough time for delivery. We can't process an order if shipping address is not verifiable with the credit card company. Our primary shipping method is FedEx. Only in rare circumstances shall we use an alternative shipper. However if a physical address is NOT provided with the order [i.e. a street address and not a PO Box] and only a PO Box address is either supplied or on file with the Security Department of the purchaser's credit card company, then we will without any further notice ship by United States Postal Service Registered Mail at a fee of $20.00 regardless of the specified shipping method. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide a valid physical address in order for us to ship via FedEx. Placement of an order is acceptance of all of our terms and conditions. Shipping Outside of US (We ship worldwide ) International orders are shipped via FedEx Global Expedited Service. A typical shipment to Europe takes Two or Three days. International customers are charged $38.00 per ring for shipping and they are responsible for Custom Duties or Taxes, if they are applicable in the destination Country.
